Farmstead Banquet Services & Fees

We appreciate your business, and are excited to work with you while planning this special event.  The information below is provided to inform you of the types of events we hold, of services we provide during your event, and possible fees.  We want you to be aware of all the possibilities so that we are able to help you plan the successful event you are looking forward to.

Types of Events- Elaborate and unique special events, corporate meetings, seminars and conferences, Christmas and holiday parties, weddings, rehearsals and receptions, golf tournaments,  luncheons and BBQ’s, class reunions, family reunions, and celebration of any kind. 

All of Our Banquets include, but are not limited to- White linen table cloths, white linen napkins, silverware, china, glasses, and stemware.

*A variety of colored napkins and linens can be ordered at an additional cost

(Colored napkins and linens are included in the wedding site fee).
 

Other Amenities Include- Champagne fountain, punch fountain, podium, screen, microphone, dance floor, music and florist references.

*Additional decorating and centerpieces are the host’s responsibility. 
*All set up and clean up is done by our staff.

Fees- Wedding Site Fee $2500.00 (includes chairs for 300, 15 tables, china, silverware, linens, 2 golf carts to take pictures on the course, and more!)

No host bar $75.00
Outdoor Bar Set-up Fee $75.00

Outdoor Bartender Fee (per hour) $25.00
Champagne toast (per person) $2.50

Cake cutting (per person) $1.00

Silver punch fountain $35.00
Fruit Punch (per gallon) $7.00

Sparkling cider toast (per person) $1.50

Dance floor - Indoors (mandatory if there will be music) $200.00
Dance floor - Outdoors (mandatory if there will be music) $300.00
