Farmstead Reservation Agreement
Thank you for inquiring about our facilities here at the Farmstead Restaurant & Pub. It is our mission to help you with the planning of your event so that we can help you create an event you and your guests will love and enjoy. The information below is provided to you so that you will be aware of the things we have to offer here at the Farmstead Restaurant & Pub. The following describes our services and policies.
Deposits - *For January-November banquets of 50 people or more, a refundable deposit of $200.00 is due upon the signature of your contract to confirm your banquet. Full payment is due at the end of your event. The deposit will be applied to the total bill.
*For Weddings and December banquets a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due. A 50% payment of estimated catering and site fees is due 60 prior to a wedding
Cancellation - In order to receive a refund for cancellations, we require a written notice 90 days prior to the event.
*There are no refunds for weddings or December banquet deposits.
Payment - Payment will be made for the final guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. The Farmstead Restaurant & Pub will be prepared to seat and serve 10% over the given guarantee.
*When the Farmstead Restaurant & Pub agrees to open early or stay open past regular hours, a minimum of $100.00 per hour will be charged
*We will not book any events later than 1:00AM
Guarantee - A guaranteed count of the number of guests attending your event must be provided 5 business days prior to your event. Once the final number of guests is guaranteed, it is not subject to reduction
Service Charge - A gratuity of 18% will be added to all food and beverage
*For Weddings a gratuity of 20% will be added to all food and beverage
